The Seahawks traveled to Glen Burnie to face the Gophers of Glen Burnie High School. South River controlled the play from the opening whistle but were unable ro get on the board until the 14 minute mark. At that time, Ana Ippolito crossed a pass into the box to Alyssa Cowens who fired past the keeper for a 1 -0 Seahawks lead. Two minutes later Jonna Anderson made the score 2 - 0 with an assist from Cherie Dowden. Cameryn Dawson scored unassisted twice at the 28 and 31 minute marks to push the lead to 4 - 0, which the Seahawks took into halftime. Kambrea Smith made the lead 5 - 0 when she scored unassisted four minutes into the second half. Rachael Barge was assisted by Maddie Kunst five minutes later for a six goal lead. Calen Norton added to the lead with an assist from Anna Ballard at the 47 minute mark. The lead was 7 - 0 six minutes later when Parry Wilson took a rebound from a shot off the post and shot past the prone keeper for an eight goal margin. A final score of 9 - 0 was reached when Dowden got her second assist of the game to Ballard. South River keeper, Sam Smith, held Glen Burnie scoreless for the Seahawks 11th clean sheet of the season.
